My name is Andrea “Andy” Stewart and I’m passionate about healthy nutrition and physical activity because I truly believe this is the foundation to total well-being. I grew up learning to appreciate fresh, whole foods along with the art and joy of cooking in addition to being physically active in sports and dance.
I know first-hand the value of a strong, healthy body from personal and professional experiences. I am passionate about educating others on how to integrate wellness habits into their lifestyle from a modern, medical and holistic perspective. Wellness habits should be a simple, daily regimen that brings balance and healing to the body, mind, heart and spirit.
