I am a Certified Metabolic Effect Group Instructor and a Certified Metabolic Effect Personal Trainer as of 2012. I enjoy high-energy workouts with individuals and groups, using hand weights and body weight. Quick workouts that bring about an intense, rest-based workout, with fun music is my style. I encourage participants to do their best in an uplifting positive style.
A widowed mother of 4, I co-founded Momsanity in 2013, an online membership community, where we create new workout videos each month. Our pillars are motherhood, faith, fitness, and nutrition.
In 2013, I also created Fit With Deb, which began as in-person group workouts and personal training 5 days per week; my fitness business transitioned to strictly online programs, where I create new workout videos each month in both my online membership and my online challenge groups.
Combining my love of travel with my love of exercise is a perfect fit!
