I am a personal trainer. I walk the walk. I am an avid runner, cyclist, and wellness enthusiast.
I enjoy helping people get healthy. I believe that we trainers are really guides, we motivate and instruct, but it is up to the client to really change.
I teach clients how to move more, how to move correctly, change posture, exercise, and breathe.
I am knowledgable about the "Raw Food" diet, vegetarian diets, and super foods.
I encourage clients to not only exercise but to change poor eating habits.
I have written an e-book about getting out there and Moving-It more.
I believe you are "What you Eat." And that movement is a large part of the equation.
