A native of Illinois, Michelle has a B.A. in Applied Communication and a minor in Sociology from Kent State University. She returned to college after 12 years and graduated with her M.S from Eastern Michigan University's Coordinated Dietetic Program. Michelle was awarded the Foundation Scholarship from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and recently received the College of Health and Human Services Outstanding Student Award in Dietetics. She completed her internship at Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI and passed the national CDR exam in 2024, becoming a registered dietitian. A natural athlete, Michelle excelled in basketball throughout high school and college. After basketball, Michelle continued to incorporate physical fitness into her daily life, becoming Lifestyle Fitness Coach (LFC), group fitness, TRX, Strong 30 and Keiser indoor spinning instructor. Following her passion, Michelle became a Figure Competitor competed in 11 shows, placing 1st in four, 2nd in four, and 5th in two. In October 2013, she earned her Professional status as an IFPA Figure Athlete. Since then, Michelle has won seven 1st place professional competitions and won a National Show in November 2019. Michelle managed a women's only fitness club for 2 years, and opened her own studio Living Out Loud, LLC in 2014 before expanding and co-owning 3N1 Fitness Revolution, a local gym since 2017. Michelle walks through life with passion, enthusiasm, and tenacity to create good experiences for herself and those around her.
