I've been into sports and fitness my whole life. When i was younger it was just called being outside and having fun. Growing up I played baseball, football, basketball and track and field. As I've gotten older and working a job that requires that I sit in front of a computer 8 hours a day, I've realized that fitness and movement or more imortant than ever. About 8 years ago I got serious about working out. I spend 2 hours a night, 5 nights a week in the gym and I wish it was more but life's other demands keep me from doing so. That being said, I decided to change what I could change and see where it would take me. Last month I took the exam to become a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and passed! Now helping others to be fit is my goal! It's a new path in my life and I'm wanting to help whomever I can to have a happier and healthier life!
