I have been teaching fitness classes for the last 18 years. I pride myself on keeping things fresh for my class by always mixing up my workouts. I taught for a local small group personal training gym for many years prior to starting my own gym. I now successfully run several classes each week. My class style is focused on athletic movements with a lot of bodyweight exercises. I enjoy teaching everything from HIIT and Tabata to Abs and Glutes focused workouts. I enjoy teaching at the various resorts and adapting to the needs of the guests and location available to ensure everyone receives what they are hoping for from their time with me.
