I have been active my entire life. When I was younger I played sports including soccer and track and danced. I believe strongly in cross training your mind and body and teaching many disciplines to achieve overall balance.
I went to university and studied dance and kinesiology. From those studies, I became a pilates instructor. I immediately fell in love with pilates and I have been teaching ever since my certification in 2007. I have continued to grow my range of fitness disciplines. I have studied muay thai, shadow yoga, and constantly learn more styles of dance.
I continued my education and attended law school. While I value my education, I prefer a more balanced approach to life. I enjoy challenging people and encouraging each individual to find what makes them happy and confident. Each student it different and I enjoy exploring different avenues for each of them.
