Since 2013, I have been instructing cycle/spin classes at a variety of locations around Guelph, Ontario. Whether it was while assisting in the training of the University of Guelph's Varsity Swim Team, or coaching members of one of the city's best fitness centres, Movati Athletics, I averaged 4 classes per week from the point of certification until now. In 2016, I expanded my fitness instruction goals by being certified as a Group Fitness Instructor. Teaching formats including, but not limited to, Boot Camp, Power Barbell, Hi-Low, and Step, I maintain a minimum of one class per week that is uniquely designed to follow along with the vast amount of new music I find for the studio. Low-Impact Aqua classes have been added throughout the summer in the Muskoka area in Ontario while cottagers look to continue their fitness goals while maintiaining the rest and relaxation mindset on vacation. Additionally, as my personal development and fitness journey included them, I became a BeachBody coach and mentor at the beginning of 2017. Through all these experiences and training, I continue to enjoy making members smile, feel accomplished and free of judgement when talking about their fitness or dietary goals.
