Group Exercise and Personal Training are my passion, I love to watch people transform while having fun or learning something new! I have been in all kinds of shoes, from the working professional trying to raise two kids and watch her own weight, to finding my own personal fitness passions (Muay Thai and bodybuilding) and learning to compete in Figure Competitions.
I have taught everything from one on one personal training and building confidence in women to just be in the weight room, to packed spinning classes where we all just burn some calories and have a good time.

Core (30 minutes - abs and strengthing the core)
RIPPED (1 Hour, weights and cardio combined)
