Summary
Kelli Reid is a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher and meditation teacher) from Namah Shivaya Yoga, under Yoga Acharya Tej Monga, a disciple of Swami Sivananda, She is currently enrolled in 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (7 months completed of a 13 month program).
She earned her Mat Pilates and Pilates Reformer certification through Pilates Unlimited, now a part of Balanced Body University. Her training qualifies her as a "disciple" of Joseph Pilates, meaning she was trained by a successor of Mr. Pilates himself.
Additionally, she is certified and trained to teach additional group exercise formats, including Barre, kickboxing and TurboKickBox, Nike Training Camp, spinning, and weight lifting, along with many other formats.
