Suzanne Dupuy

Hello! My name is Suzanne Dupuy and I am a Fitness professional who has been actively in the business for over 30 years. In January of 1994 I became a Group Fitness instuctor at our local YMCA. I taught a variety of fun and current fitness classes during my 6 years there. In 1998 I became ACE certified as a Personal Trainer where most of my focus is. Currently, I am self employed doing private and group training. I am also a 200 hour certified Yoga intructorwhich plays a huge role in my training and lifestyle.
