From the moment I discovered movement, I knew I was meant to teach. Drawn to Yoga, Pilates, and group exercise from a young age, I’ve spent my life following the call to help others feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves. Today, as a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 instructor, certified Pilates teacher, and experienced group fitness professional, I bring passion, expertise, and heart to every class I lead.

I am devoted to going above and beyond for my participants. Whether I’m guiding a dynamic Vinyasa flow, a gentle somatic practice, a soul-soothing yoga nidra, an energizing Pilates session, or a deep ocean meditation on the beach, my mission is simple: give people exactly what they need in that moment. My sequencing is thoughtful and intentional, my music is chosen to uplift and inspire, and my teaching style is rooted in calming presence, compassion, and genuine care.

Yoga has always given me peace, joy, and purpose—and it is my life’s work to share this gift with others. Teaching along the shoreline has become a signature part of my career. There is something profoundly healing about practicing barefoot in the sand, feeling the ocean breeze, and settling into meditation with the rhythm of the waves. Beach yoga and ocean-based mindfulness meditation allow me to help students experience relaxation, release, and awakening in an unforgettable way.

With many years of experience teaching group fitness, I have led countless sculpt classes, strength formats, and dynamic cross-training sessions that challenge participants while keeping the energy uplifting.

I am committed to continual growth, studying, and elevating my craft so I can give every participant a transformative experience—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It has been an honor to guide countless individuals on their wellness journeys, and I remain deeply grateful for each opportunity to teach, support, and inspire.
