I am a very enthusiast, experienced fitness professional. I currently instruct yoga, cycle, Core, HIIT, and Step aerobics. Previously I was certified as a Strong Nation instructor. Exercise gives me strength, stamina, focus and peace of mind. Yoga is my fitness preference and what I love to do daily. However, I do believe that the body needs a variety of physical challenges to maintain balance. Cross-training brings the most benefit to most people which should include strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and breath. Exercise helps me get through life's daily challenges and to feel amazing. Professionally, in addition to yoga, I am a full-time Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator in Pittsburgh. Personally, when not working I love to spend my time traveling as often as possible. I'm enjoy sharing my yoga practice and fitness experience with all the wonderful people I meet through Fitness Pro Travel. Namaste!
