I am a very enthusiast, experienced fitness professional. I currently instruct yoga, cycle, Core, HIIT, and Step aerobics. Yoga gives me strength, stamina, focus and peace of mind. Exercise helps me get through life's daily challenges and to feel amazing. I love to work out with friends, family and the members of the YMCA. We all inspire and motivate each other. Professionally, I am a full-time Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator in Pittsburgh. Personally, when not working I love to spend my time traveling, paddle-boarding, and playing pickleball as often as possible. I'm enjoy sharing my yoga practice and fitness experience with all the wonderful people I meet through Fitness Pro Travel. Namaste!
