With over 30 years experience, I am a group X fitness instructor,personal trainer and owner of Built for Every Body. I specialize in teaching fitness through all stages of life, every size, every shape and every level. I instruct HIIT, boot camp, Tabata, step, strength, conditioning, kids fitness, senior fitness, pound and flexibility classes. I use all mediums from free weights, bands to stability balls, and I strive to work every muscle in the body with my classes for variety and functional training. I believe the best classes offer variety, strength, aerobic training, flexibility, fun and great music.
