Message from you?  I encourage all those interested in holistic wellness and fitness enthusiasts to balance their cardio/strength training with mind/body and balance training utilizing the practice of yoga. To keep the body healthy, well, stress free and moving freely, one must understand the importance of the mind/body connection in the pursuit of wellness.

Personal Fitness Goals:  To maintain good physical and mental health and to perpetuate a sense of well being in an often hectic world; to have an “ease of well being” throughout life.
