Kristina Hampton

I have a degree in Exercise Science and Health Education. I've been a personal trainer for 20 years and certified Pilates Instructor for 15 years. I'm also a fitness model and have modeled for and appeared in catalogs of Under Armour, Head, Fila and Kaelin. Health and fitness is not only my profession but a way of life for me. I enjoy working with others and seeing their progress as they learn to be healthy. I continue to learn and grow in my profession so I can give that back to my clients.
