I am a high-energy fitness and wellness enthusiast and truly love bringing the joy of improved quality of life to others through health and fitness.
I began teaching group fitness in 2008 at various locations, ranging from school gymnasiums, community halls, public events, and health clubs. I started primarily teaching Zumba Fitness formats, but then added group strength classes before taking on yoga, aquatic exercise, Pilates and other fitness formats.
I currently train clients and teach at several locations, including private clubs, community fitness centers, and a medically-directed hospital wellness center locations. My specialties include Zumba and Aqua Zumba, yoga, Pilates (mat), senior fitness, and various aquatic fitness formats.
I truly love doing what I do, and that is:
- Inspiring and encouraging people to live healthier
- Helping people to improve their quality of life
- Showing participants that that fitness can be fun, especially when on vacation!
