I've always been into health and fitness from an early age. I played Basketball, Volleyball and Track & Field in high school. I then went on to train for 10 years in various martial arts including TaeKwonDo (1st degree black belt), Aikido, Hapkido, kickboxing and Kali. I started weight training to eliminate lower back pain. It was easy to push myself and I had great respect for proper form and technique from my martial arts training. I now try to push my physical limits through parkour and weight training. What I love about being a personal trainer is that I get the chance to play an active role in enriching someone's life! I get to change their views on the "gym" and have the opportunity to show people that fitness can be fun and doesn't have to be a chore. I am results driven, fun, friendly, outgoing and always positive. As a health professional the energy we bring should be infectious.
