Susan Elmore

Susan Elmore is a vibrant and passionate Certified Group fitness instructor who brings an energy and friendliness to her classes. Her goal is to both motivate class participants and instill an understanding and love for healthy living, both body and mind.  Whether leading Spin/Indoor cycling, Body Sculpt, Bootcamp, HIIT, Agua fitness, Yoga and Stretch, Susan's goal is to motivate all ages and fitness levels to improve and enjoy.

Susan's fitness background and mission began after graduating from college in education, when she searched for opportunities to combine two of her loves - passion for teaching and a love for fitness. She has been teaching group fitness classes for almost 30 years in a variety of formats and settings.  Susan is currently certified in Group Fitness and Yoga and is currently working toward her 200 hour Yoga certification. She has also been certified as a personal trainer and enjoyed helping clients work toward their individual goals.

Having recently relocated to Tennessee, Susan is currently building clientele and class offerings at Superior Fitness and establishing the foundation for her personal brand MOTIV8.
