Susan began her fitness journey shortly after graduating from college. She has a passion for teaching and a love for fitness so combining the two only seemed natural. She has been teaching group fitness classes for almost 30 years in a variety of formats and settings including Step Aerobics, Spin/Indoor cycling, Body Sculpt, Bootcamp, HIIT, Agua fitness, Yoga and Stretch. She is currently certified in Group Fitness and Yoga. She has also been certified as a personal trainer and enjoyed helping clients work toward their individual goals.
Susan discovered Fit Bodies over 20 years ago and has been enjoying teaching vacations with them ever since. She is thankful and blessed with the opportunity to share her love for travel and fitness with people from all over the world while on vacation. She loves encouraging and helping people to become the best version of themselves.
