I started practicing yoga in 2001.  I started with Ashtanga and prefer it but I have tried Iyangar, Bikram, Yin and others.  I have also tried mat Pilates and reformer.  Unlike any of the other styles, Astanga is about a conection between the breath and the poses.  I truly connect with Astanga.

In August 2012 I received my 200 hour RYT and have been teaching regularly since then.
