Energetic, enthusiastic, positive instructor who is full of smiles and encouragement. I love teaching pilates and yoga, including power yoga, family yoga, yin yoga and hatha or flow yoga. I have been teaching since the year 2000, and since then I have developed a strong knowledge of teaching. I keep up on current trends by attending the annual 3 day Can Fit Pro conference in Toronto, as well as attending con ed courses throughout the year. I am always interested in learning and trying new things, and am excited at the opportunity to combine my love of fitness and travel!
