I have taught group fitness for 27 years. I am currently working part time at O2 Fitness. I teach pilates, core strength and HITT and spin classes. I am also a personal trainer, have my masters in Exercise Physiology and have been working in the health and wellness fields since 1992. I am a full time mother of four and enjoy running too. I have enjoyed working with Fitness Pro Travel for the past 16 years.
