I'm a group exercise instructor who's been teaching for over 2 years. I love the outdoors, and my classes embody a fun yet challenging and rigorous atmosphere to get my participants the workout they came to get! I incorporate new music into weekly-changing playlists, and love pushing my participants from week to week to get fitter and stronger.
