Elisabeth Easley

Hi I'm Elisabeth (or Lissie) and I started teaching Pilates in college when I fell in love with a local class and took the class over after the instructor left the gym. Since this time I completed my certification in mat and standing pilates and have expanded to teaching personal individualized classes, circuit pilates formats, and strength and toning pilates.

I've had the pleasure of teaching in many locations in a few different states as I've pursured my career in dentistry. I am currently a dental surgeon finishing my last year of residency training in Lincoln Nebraska. During this journey I have enjoyed teaching at many different gyms and studios including (but not limited to) Google's private campus gym in Mountain View California, Pure Fitness in multiple Arizona locations and currently at Goodyear's company gymnasium in Lincoln, Nebraska. For three years in dental school I taught private classes at my apartment complex focusing on individual growth, strengthening, and rehabilitation from injuries.

My classes can range from pure pilates formats to a combination of pilates and yoga to circuit and more cardio focused strength training pilates classes.

As a fit pro I have enjoyed teaching at multiple locations including Cancun Mexico, Punta Cana Dominican Republic, and both Negril and Montego bay Jamaica. I've lost track, but I think I've been on 6-8 teaching vacations and they've all been a blast.
