Lori Phillips

A former gymnast with the University of Nebraska, yoga was a natural progression for me. I have studied yoga for years but just recently become passionate about my practice and decided to become an instructor! Before yoga, I taught aerobics and gymnastics, so I love teaching and watching the light bulb come on with my students. I especially love watching their eyes light up when they learn a new skill! I love to share my knowledge and passion with others! I also have a minor in Nutrition and am passionate about putting the right fuel into your body for maximum results and well being. Fitness is about the whole package. Mind, soul, body. Daily meditation along with activity is key. That is why I love yoga so much! 

Bio: Lori is a certified YogaFit instructor with expertise in Yoga. With over 20 years of experience in gymastics and strength training, her yoga classes will include elements of sun salutations, strength poses, balance, core conditioning, and end with quiet meditation. Lori teaches all levels and caters to the desires and levels of her pupils. Expect to feel refreshed and ready for your day in this peaceful and fulfilling experience.
