Over the past 25 years I have owned and operated very large fitness facilities along with being a trainer to the stars! I have dedicated my life to improving people’s overall health and wellness. Working with some of the countries top medical establishments and doctors I’ve now also seen and proven that through very specific exercise prescriptions there is almost nothing we can’t physically accomplish.
