Kayla fell in love with yoga in 2009 and has never looked back. Yoga became her therapy: she found she was able to release tension and find her happy place, through the acceptance of herself and whatever she brought to her mat that day. Naturally, going to yoga teacher training felt like the next step, so she could deepen her personal practice and - more importantly - share the gift she found with others. Kayla studied 200 hr Ayurvedic yoga has been aspiring to live a plant-based lifestyle since the summer of 2017. In Kayla’s classes, her goal is to provide a safe, fun place to align all bodies with breath and movement.
