DeAnn Brueggert

DeAnn Brueggert is originally from California and now resides in Chicagoland Illinois with her husband and  their daughter. As an athletic child, fitness and athletics have  always been a passion. In 2002, I decided to direct it towards improving the health of others. Aside from skills as a personal trainer, I utilize the method of Pilates and engage clients through a well balanced selection of exercises to strengthen the foundation of their core muscles. I enjoy teaching group fitness and seeing how great people feel after a good workout! To me health and fitness should not feel like a chore, but rather a way of life. It's what you SHOULD crave!!!
