My name is Julia. I am a Level 5 Personal Trainer at GoodLife Fitness, the leading gym in Canada.
I am dedicated to helping people reach their fitness goals – whether the goal is to lose weight, build muscle, gain or maintain strength, or improve flexibility, mobility and overall wellness, or a combination!
I have been employed as a Personal Trainer with GoodLife Fitness for over five and a half years. I have been fortunate to work with a clientele with diverse needs and training goals and can handle a vast diversity of situations. I provide training, nutrition, education and consultation services. I use the Biosignature Modulation to achieve hormone balance, which allows me to achieve optimal results. I have worked with people brand new to exercise, athletes and pre-operative and post operative patients. My main interests are optimizing exercise and nutrition for those who want to feel and perform better or change their body composition.
I have great passion for exercise and nutrition. My thirst for knowledge makes me read, research and attend courses on a regular basis, so that I can offer up-to-date and evidence-based information. I teach a course exclusive to GoodLife personal trainers on primal movement patterns, appropriate exercise selection, progression and regression and effective program design, on a monthly basis.
