My name is Kristin Thompson and I am a Pop Pilates Fitness Instructor. Pop Pilates is a total body work out that primarily focuses on toning and conditioning. It has helped me become a better person overall; mentally and physically. I lost over 35lbs from doing this and have become stronger and happier from adding this into my daily routine.
