Daneen Meissner

My commitment to wellness began in 2006, shortly after turning 40. During this time, my friends & I began running, participating in group fitness programs, reading books & taking workshops on nutrition. I saw notable results with adherence to a plan; I also noticed that not all my friends had shared the same results.

After achieving my 200 RYT Alignment Yoga certification in 2016, I decided to concentrate my teachings on adaptive wellness & fitness practices. Knowing that a significant portion of a person's health is emotional, I sought Reiki & Mindfulness Meditation certifications. In 2019, I went to the source of holistic health, Rishikesh, India. At the Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science and Alternative Medicine, I earned a 300 RYT certification in Yoga Therapy. There, I learned the answer to "Why could two people eat and exercise the same way and have two different outcomes? Armed with the answer, I began the "Eat, Sleep & Think Well Workshops & Retreats."

After two years of teaching my daily practices based on my body type, I realized there was still something missing in my program. While I was significantly more healthy, I still was plagued with a feeling of discontentment or a feeling of being an imposter in my own body. My journey of self-discovery has led me to add another component to my program. From the Emotional Healing teachings of Arline Rowden and the teachings of Dr. Dain Heer of Access Consciousness, I can teach a person how to connect with the still small voice inside them & let go of the world's opinions. These teachings allow a person to connect & live in the present moment with contentment, connection & confidence!

Currently, I live in Hartland, Wisconsin, and host "It's All About You," woman's retreats at our bed and breakfast retreat home.

 My yoga style is a combination of mindful strength and alignment yoga poses. We gain strength, mobility, and awareness through simple yet effective movement practices.
