Unique experience in both fitness and yoga, having completed basic training as an infantryman in an actual Bootcamp in the Canadian Army in the '90's, and for the past 6 years trained with the world's fastest man, the Jamaican Olympic sprinter, Ben Johnson, and as a Certified Yoga Instructor, studying and teaching for the past 12 years, specializing in Vinyasa Power Yoga, meditation and Yin Yoga.
With that, I have the ability to tailor my program to the needs of a diverse client base, and ensure an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
