As a dedicated and passionate fitness professional, I bring several years of experience in yoga instruction, having taught in a wide variety of settings. I am also a certified group fitness instructor, committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals with personalized and effective training. In addition to my hands-on teaching, I serve as an adjunct professor, sharing my expertise in personal and community health and biological psychology with the next generation of wellness professionals.

I hold a PhD in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Public Health (MPH), which allows me to approach wellness from a comprehensive, evidence-based perspective. My knowledge in healthcare administration complements my work as a wellness professional, ensuring that I can integrate the latest research and practices into the services I provide.

Alongside my husband, I co-own Divine Health and Wellness, a clinic with a mission to empower individuals to look and feel their best at every stage of life. Our approach is holistic, recognizing that true wellness goes beyond physical health. We believe in nurturing mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we work closely with each client to create tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals.

In addition to our wellness work, my husband and I are actively involved in several medical and disaster relief efforts, both domestically and internationally, driven by our passion to make a positive impact on communities in need.

I am also a proud mother of two young children, and I understand the importance of balancing family life with personal health and well-being. Whether teaching, coaching, or collaborating with clients, my goal is to inspire individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives by focusing on all aspects of wellness.
