Life long fitness enthusiast. Growing up I was very athletic. I always participated in sports throughout my childhood. Those habits carried over into adulthood. I spend 12 years coaching competitive cheerleading. I frequented the gym starting in my early 20's and then fell in love with SPIN and yoga after I had my daughter in 2004.
For years I wanted to teach but never took the plunge. Finally in 2016 I completed my first certification. Since then I haven't stopped. I have 8 regular classes a week between Gold's gym and a smaller boutique studio named Mantra Fit. For now I am teaching cycle, LES Mill Sprint and bootcamp classes. I love it! Life is great and fitness is one of the main focus' of mine.
I am a single mom with two amazing kids that support me and all that I do. I am happy to be teaching them all the healthy habits that they can carry through life.
