Sheila Seale

My name is Sheila and group fitness is my passion.  I am a very outgoing, friendly, energetic person that enjoys fitness and travel.  My #1 priority is that you have fun while working out with me, you will sweat but forget you are working hard!  Exercise in disguise is my motto.  Anyone can work out with me as I always demonstrate modifications.  You will keep moving, grooving and smiling while time flies!   

I always encourage people to keep moving no matter your age or fitness level.  You can accomplish a class, have fun and feel fabulous!
