Mary Beth Grimner

I began my journey as a yoga instructor in September of 2017. I never thought I could grow so much and meet such amazing people. I continue to learn and teach every day. I currently teach at the Neag Planetarium 2 times per week. I substitute at Home PYM in Reading,PA along with the MMA Academy.  I also substitute  at Exeter Sport & Fitness Training. I also met a fantastic group of people during my YTT and we continue to network and substitute one another's classes on a regular basis. I keep my instagram account online as yoga_underthestars and I am registered through the Yoga Alliance to continue my educational training as well. I also teach corporate yoga at The Freedom Group which includes a local group of auto dealers. I've recently completed my aquatic fitness instructor training to begin my journey teaching aquatic fitness.
