Jacquelyn is a Studio Manager at [solidcore] - 50 minutes of slow and controlled resistance training all on a megaformer. She started her fitness education at St. Cloud State University, where she began teaching group fitness classes on campus. It always seemed appealing to her from her previous years growing up as a dancer and musician. In college, she became nationally certified in R.I.P.P.E.D., instructed Tabata, and occasionally subbed in on Bodypump inspired classes.
After graduation, she eventually became a cycle instructor at CycleBar, where she fell in love with cycling, and also became a coahc at [solidcore], and is now the Studio Manager of the Grand Forks location.
Because of this diverse background in teaching and exploring different techniques of group fitness, she has always been notorious among coworkers for being able to fill in last minute and whip up a class with limited resources. She finds that safety, energy, and effectiveness are among the most important aspects of delivering a memorable fitness experience, all while having a good time!
