Wayne Elmore

My wife of nineteen years, current Fitbodies travelling instructor Susan Elmore, and I have two beautiful daughters, ages 16 and 12. I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. Currently I work as a sales/marketing/application engineer for a large electrical distribution manufacturing company. Recently I completed my CPR and AED certification and recently completed my personal training certification. I enjoy weight training and all types of cardio training including elliptical, spinning, and running. I enjoy golf, participate in various softball leagues, and scuba dive. Also, I coach my daughters in youth soccer, basketball, and softball.  My wife and I honeymooned in Jamaica, and have returned to our "home away from home" eleven additional times, with more trips scheduled next year. Recently Susan and I began including our girls with us on trips to Jamaica, and they have learned to love the country as well.
