I have had a long fitness career. Group Fitness brought me to the willPower method which brought me to Yoga and Pilates... I love to teach and watch and feel the changes the practice brings to my students.Currently teaching privite Yoga .
My advanced teaching certification is from Kripalu School of Yoga. Having my 500 RYT was a dream that I was proud to accomplish. Gentle yet strong yoga is what I love to teach. I am also Stott trained in Pilates and am currently in the Balanced Body reformer training program. Completion is expected in early 2025.
