I am a group fitness instructor who specializes in Pilates, I also offer personal training on the Pilates reformer. I have been involved in group fitness for over 15 years. I certified 6 years ago in barre and recently in Aqua, and have been active in several gyms as well as on line during the pandemic.  I love to help people get stronger and more confident in themselves.
