Denise Ham

My name is Denise and I have a crazy amount of energy that I would love to share with others.  My specialty is Cycling.  I work full time at a London Hospital managing IT Projects and in my spare time, I teach at our YMCA spin, I coach competitive soccer, spend time with my two kids and husband.  I am looking forward in possibly sharing my passion of cycle with others.
