Michelle Ross

Michelle is a classically trained dancer who is passionate about movement bringing joy into everyday life. She grew up in the suburbs of Saint Louis with cracker-crust pizza and fried ravioli and listened to Axel F on her giant silver boombox that took fifteen D batteries. She trained in ballet and dance team throughout elementary and secondary school. Continuing to follow into the arts, she graduated from Columbus College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and has been working in creative imagery for the past fifteen years. She revisited dance in her late 30's and was drawn immediately to the mental and physical rejuvenation. The fitness industry was bringing life back into creatives like herself and she wanted to be a part of that mission. She's been certified in dance with Les Mills as well as AFAA.
