Megan Lesko not only has a diverse fitness instructional portfolio, but also a charisma and energy that her clients appreciate and value. She is an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and Barre Above Master Trainer with over five years of fitness studio experience and certifications in TRX, Barre, HIGH fitness, Schwinn cycle and P90X. She is a skilled instructor who brings an element of fun to each of her studio sessions that leaves her clients excited to come back. As one of her loyal followers attested, “Megan’s class is as entertaining as it is butt kicking! With her creative playlists, she ALMOST makes you forget that you are getting a hardcore workout!”. It is this combination of fitness and fun that makes most of her time slots fill quickly.

Megan finds joy and energy working out with others and seeing them achieve their fitness goals, which was one of the main reasons she choose to work in the fitness industry. Megan has “worked” (she says it doesn’t feel like work) at local studios, where she has taught several types of Barre, Tabata, TRX and Core Express classes. She reads the room to customize and gear classes to the participants' fitness levels. Megan's classes are personalized to her clients needs and goals. Says one client, "I am very thankful that she corrects my form so I can get the most out of the class and not be on the injured list! Every class is different and that makes it exciting to show up every week."

Megan’s passion for fitness and sport started at an early age. Whether it was giving mini-triathlons a try, competing on the local ski team, playing rugby, field hockey, or softball, Megan was always active. She is a member of a local running group and completed 3 half marathons, 2 spirit triathlons, and numerous 10ks and 5ks. Additionally, Megan enjoys cross training by lifting, Pilates reformer, and yoga. Her love of fitness and her persuasiveness has even gotten her yoga-loathing husband to a few flow classes. When she is not busy moving and encouraging others, she finds time to run her early intervention therapy business, enjoys family time with her husband and two daughters, and loves to travel.
