Raelene Ostberg started her fitness journey when she was invited to start teaching kickboxing at a local gym in 2008. In 2012, Raelene's life was changed forever when she became a licensed Zumba Instructor. Her class in Northfield grew from a small local establishment to the Northfield Ballroom - a wonderful space where an enthusiastic and welcoming group of 50-100 people participate in Zumba classes with Raelene each week.
From 2014-2023, Raelene also joined the local YMCA as an Instructor where she added RIP strength training, a Yoga-based stretch and restore class, core burst, and Strong Nation to her group fitness classes. Her Strong, Stretch, and Strength classes were filled each week to the brim due to her high energy, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with all levels of participants. Raelene has continued her education, attending numerous Zumba Conventions, Yoga Teacher trainings and classes, and Strong Nation Sync Summits to continue to hone her skills and bring her classes to the next level. She is currently a Yoga enthusiast who is working toward her 200 hour Yoga teaching license. Raelene's goal is to bring her participants on a journey that helps them realize their inner potential and experience more peace and joy on their journey through life.
Raelene is also a National Keynote Speaker and Early Childhood Expert who works with thousands of early childhood professionals each year. She has an M.Ed. in Family Education and a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Minnesota. She is known for her inspirational multi-media presentations designed to lower stress and increase success. From Keynote to breakout, her high-quality trainings bring evidence-based strategies and tangible tools that can be applied right away, personally and professionally. Participants appreciate Raelene’s enthusiasm, energy, and theatrical storytelling that bring these critical tools to life. Raelene spends her time inspiring people to choose a life of health and fitness but also celebrate their strength and beauty today.
