Kendall Manz

Kendall stumbled across yoga out of desperation for pain management in late 2016. After a few classes at her local leisure center she became enchanted with the ability of the body to stretch, breath and realign with a yoga practice!

She was mentored to pursue teaching yoga,  and that process is an ongoing one as she’s always striving to improve access to anyone and everyone who makes their way into a class!

She teaches yoga classes for her city leisure centres, private community groups, as well as a local gym.

She’s a mom of three, and a wife of 2 decades and is excited to travel, teach and build memories all over the world!
