Hello My name is Michelle Christian I am a full time hysician assistant in a cardioogy practice in South Carolina. In my free time from helping patients get better I hope I create healthier people by teaching aerobics and teaching pilates. I love to share healthy living choices with people and show that fitness can be challenging making everyday seem a little bit better. I feel that we should enjoy everything we can in our lives and to enjoy friends and family we have to have the energy and passion to keep moving and experiencing life evry minute.
