Patty began her fitness career in Michigan, teaching Group Blast (Step Class) and the passion for group exercise began! Her passion for exercise and motivating others to move lead her to become certfied in 5 other group classes! With a desire to coach members to move safe and efficiently, she than completed her Certified Personal Training Certification through NASM.
She continues teaching and training at a state of the art Club located in Grand Rapids, Michigan where she also competes in many adventure races and running events.
Patty has experience training the first time exerciser to the advanced lifter, and develops safe, effective and fun workouts that are personalized for each client. She also leads small group trainings and many group classes. When she is not at the club, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
