Drawing on over 23 years of teaching experience, Lana blends her academic background in Education (BA, M.Ed.) with advanced training in yoga (Bhavana Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda) and fitness (E-RYT 500, YACEP with Yoga Alliance) to create a thoughtful, nurturing space where students of all levels can thrive. Rooted in the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, Lana’s classes emphasize alignment, intentional sequencing, and the powerful connection between Asana, Pranayama, and mindfulness. Her approach is a harmonious balance of strength and serenity—designed to cultivate physical resilience, emotional stability, and a deep awareness of the present moment.
