  • Awarded the Top National Account Manager accolade from J Sainsbury for two years in succession
  • Moved sales from £120m to £180m to retail accounts in Northern Ireland, restructured the sales team, implemented cost to serve policy, implemented secured lending policy and re-vamped credit control procedures, increased customer buying loyalty by over 6% in three years and developed partnership relationships with key accounts.
